While studies have linked red meat consumption to increased risks of heart health, Adam Bernstein from the Harvard School of Public Health looked at data on 84,146 women, ages 30 to 55 enrolled inthe Nurses’ Health Study who were followed for 26 years and found
1) eating one serving of nuts a day lowers the risk of non fatal heart attacks and coronary heart disease by 30%
2) eating one serving of fish a day lowers the risk of non fatal heart attacks and coronary heart disease by 242%
3) eating one serving of poultry a day (probably not including deep fried turkey or fried chicken) lowers the risk of non fatal heart attacks and coronary heart disease by 19%
4) eating one serving of low fat dairy a day lowers the risk of non fatal heart attacks and coronary heart disease by 13%

Firm, positive and enthusiastic in her approach. Dr. Jenny Crosby attended the University of Guelph where in 1987 she received a degree in Human Kinetics, the study of human biomechanics. She then graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1991, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and did postgraduate training in acupuncture. While at Logan Dr Crosby was involved in the student American Chiropractic Association. Still a member of the American Chiropractic Association, she is also a member of the Missouri Chiropractic Association and the Greater St Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
After working as an associate for four years in Ellisville, Missouri, Dr. Crosby started start her own practice in St. Peters in 1996 founding Crosby Chiropractic and Acupuncture Centre.
