Bridget McGrath, LMT

Bridget became impassioned about massage after her grandmother suffered a stroke that affected her right side. Bridget used to diligently work on her grandmother’s muscles everyday and realized how much her grandmother benefited from this daily soft tissue work.

Bridget then enrolled at SOMA and graduated from SOMA Institute in 2016 as an LMT. Over the past 7 years, Bridget has been in massage practice in both in Illinois and, for the past 4 years, in St Peters MO.

Bridget customizes the massage sessions to meet each client’s specific needs and specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger Point and Aromatherapy.
