Taylor graduated from Lindenwood University with a BFA in Dance and a Minor in Marketing. While training with local St. Louis dance companies Taylor realized her career path was not in dance but helping others to cope with pain. Taylor enrolled and graduated from Healing Arts Center December 2023 and continued her studies in Manual Therapeutic Massage alongside a renowned massage/physical therapist. Taylor is passionate about this technique because of her own experiences of pain and injuries. She knows that this massage technique works and wants to help dancers, athletes and others in pain.
Taylor’s mission as a licensed massage therapist is to provide educational wellness for the overall body, enhance athletic performance, aid in chronic pain and injury prevention. Her goal is to create a partnership with the client that aligns with their career and personal goals.
Taylor specializes in Manual Therapeutic Massage which includes: Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Joint Mobility, and Trigger Point therapy.
She also specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Reiki, Carpal tunnel work, and has worked with Oncology clients.
