A Value Package can be utilized for any of the following services: laser therapy, vibration therapy, massage, nutrition, or a spinal decompression visit in addition to wellness chiropractic visits.
No. Insurance cannot be used for a Value Package and a Value Package does not count towards your deductible or copays.
No, a Value Package can only be applied to future visits.
Yes, a Value Package can be shared. For instance, you could use half of the funds and your spouse could use the other half for their services or supplements.
No, a Value Package cannot be applied towards treatments required due to an auto accident.
Medicare rules apply. This Value Package cannot be used for chiropractic adjustments.
