A healthy workforce is a safer, more productive one. Crosby Chiropractic & Acupuncture Centre works with local employers to provide the physical exams businesses need — for new hires, for ongoing compliance, and for keeping current employees fit for the demands of their roles.
We see individual employees and coordinate with employers on scheduling. Most exams are completed in a single visit, with results provided promptly so hiring and compliance timelines aren’t held up.
Exams we provide for employers and employees
- Pre-employment physicals — confirm a candidate is physically able to safely perform the essential functions of the job before their start date.
- Fitness-for-duty examinations — evaluate whether a current employee can safely perform their specific job duties, often after an injury or leave.
- Non-DOT physicals — for employers whose positions require a physical exam but who are not regulated by the FMCSA DOT standards.
- DOT physicals for commercial drivers — performed by our FMCSA National Registry–certified examiners (see our DOT Physical Exams page for details).
- Drug and alcohol testing — DOT and non-DOT testing available (see our DOT Testing page for details).

Do you offer employer billing or do employees pay individually?
We can do either. Individuals can pay at the time of service, and we’re glad to set up direct billing arrangements for employers scheduling multiple exams — call us to arrange it.
How quickly can you see a new hire?
Call us to schedule. We’ll get you in as soon as we can confirm a doctor is available at the time you need.
Can you do the exam components our regulator or insurer requires?
