Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full massage session. Appointments may be canceled at no charge up to 24 hours in advance; cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

If an automatic payment is declined, Crosby Chiropractic will make one courtesy call to resolve the issue. Any subsequent payment declines will result in a $25 returned payment fee. Unused massage sessions will roll over during your membership but will expire one year after your membership ends.

To cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. If notice is not provided, the full monthly fee will be charged. Any unused massage sessions must be used within one year of membership cancellation.
