Through her holistic wellness journey, she has taught over 50 workshops, co-led 10 retreats, and held countless classes on self-help, introspection, and self-awareness. She is currently working towards a specialty certification in Stephenson’s Method of Creative Healing and will be awarded the intensive certification in February 2024. Jeyd will be one of less than ten practitioners of this method in the United States. Her work combines compassionate, intentional touch with restorative care.
Jeyd self-published Accelerated Chakra Alignment in 2023, a workbook on introspection, trauma release, and self-forgiveness. It includes active meditations through the use of coloring mandalas and other artwork, as well as guided journal prompts.
She is a southwest Missouri native who enjoys being outdoors, gardening, camping, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
