Dr. Ashley Robel grew up in southeastern Wisconsin. She was raised in a big family that was very competitive in hunting and sports. Competing in 3 sports every year in high school and still continuing to compete in different athletic adventures it brought her more knowledge to be able to give to patients.
Moving to St. Louis, Missouri, for her postgraduate degree Dr. Ashley obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University after receiving her bachelors in Biology at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
After graduating from Logan, Dr. Ashley obtained her certification in fitness nutrition and dry needling. She currently has over 11 years of experience in her career. She has practiced in St. Louis, Tampa, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Ashley still loves to compete in sports. She has ran 3 marathons, competed in bodybuilding/figure in the NPC for 3 years, and powerlifting for 6 years. She obtained a national rank in the NPC when competing in bodybuilding and currently holds 6 New Mexico State records in powerlifting when she practiced there for 3 years.
Dr. Ashley has a daughter and loves teaching her all things about life. She is grateful for being able to have the opportunity to continue to show her little girl the importance of giving back to the people in her community.
