Fees And Policies
For Full Office Visit:
First appointment: $275-$300 (60 minutes or 90 minutes). The initial visit affords the opportunity to discuss health concerns in depth, e.g. a full history investigating the health of all systems of the body. Multiple complaints can be addressed as well as mental & emotional imbalances.
NOTE:Â The fee does not include any lab testing, procedures or follow up consults. Also, cost for labs does not include follow up visits to discuss them.
Follow up visits: $75 per 15 minutes of time.
Phone consults have the same charge as in office visits and are a special arrangement.
Method of Payment:
Method of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
Insurance:
Insurance at this time does not cover our nutritional services nor do we bill insurance for these extra time services (Insurance may be billed for an office visit but not for the prolonged time charge).
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, phone call reminders are made whenever possible. Please call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
